Placing Orders
After completing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email after some time, please check your spam folder or verify your order status through your purchase history
Payments
We accept credit cards (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS).
Payment will be processed once your order is confirmed and stock is secured.
Shipping Fees
The exact amount will be finalized and notified at the time of the shipment.
Delivery
Shipping is only available within the United States.
The shipment will be sent via EMS from the warehouse of RABO Inc. in Japan (shipping fees apply separately).
Orders will generally be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, New Year holiday and certain holidays.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
In addition to the product purchase price and shipping fees, customs duties and import taxes may apply. If applicable, these taxes must be paid by you upon receiving the product.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are generally not accepted after your purchase is complete.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept claims only in cases of damage during shipping, shipping errors, or initial defects.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us via the inquiry form or email within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we are unable to process claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your understanding.
Warranty
Products purchased from the Catlog Official Store come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Please note that the warranty does not cover loss, damage, or theft.
